    Can I book with ONTO despite COVID-19?

    We’ve improved our cleaning practices to keep all spaces spotless. We are following WHO guidelines together with local government safety guidelines across all our destinations. All our units are self-check in allowing for a contact free arrival. At the unit, we have strengthened our cleaning inspection checklists through enhanced training of our housekeeping teams.

    What if I need to cancel my stay?

    We live in unexpected times reason why all our units offer flexible rate plans that allow for full refunds up to 5 date before arrival. This level of flexibility is only available to our guests if you booked direct. For cancellations on bookings via 3rd parties (i.e. Booking.com, AirBnb, Expedia, etc.) please contact them directly as they have their own cancellation policies based on different rate plans available.

    We are not your typical hotel. All our units are equipped with unique amenities, combined with thoughtful design, local curated guides and 24/7 concierge support. We started our journey just like you, as travelers. After years of unreliable hotels and inconsistent experiences while booking we decided to build our own. We are personally involved in every detail to ensure you have a memorable experience at our units.

    What locations do you operate, and which are you opening next?

    Today we are live with units in Mexico City, in Roma Norte. We will soon open additional leisure locations in Mexico.

    What time is check in/check out?

    Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. We can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out based on availability. To make a request just let us know. We won’t charge any extra fees for this. Please keep in mind this is a request and it does not guarantee a modification will be made.
